Stall providers at the rally play a
very important role in creating the atmosphere of the rally. Food, merchandize
and even motorcycle repairs are all very important aspects in keeping the bikers
happy. We try to choose and support those whom are willing to work hard and
provide a decent service to our bikers.

supper. Menu's should include breakfasts, hamburgers, hot dogs, slap

Capable
of serving large volumes of bikers and able to control the bar will
adhering to all the requirements of the temporary liquor license. This
service will only be awarded through open tender and previous experience
is a requirement.

Bikers will support you only
if the food tastes great, the portions are generous, and the price is very

supply fish as well as calamari and slap chips. It's got to be fresh,
tasty and damn good value for money. Give the bikers the option of grilled

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Exclusivity is NOT guaranteed as we
will ensure that more than one vendor of a type is present. You are
responsible to structure your prices competitively. We have promised our
entrants the best value for money at the Whale Rally, and we expect your
stall to comply. Applications will be processed on a first come
first served basis. This application does not guarantee you a
stall at the rally.
If
we find your prices unacceptable, we will fully refund your deposit and
your application will be rejected.
i.A deposit of R300.00
is required. No application will be considered until this is paid. Cut off
date for application is 8 June 2012.

ii.Stalls to be erected on
Thursday 14 June 2012, and fully operational
during the following hours (Other trading is at your own discretion):
Friday 15 June 2012. From 08h00 till at least 22h00
Saturday 16 June 2012. From 06h00 till at least 22h00
Sunday 17 June 2012. Trading at own discretion, but we expect the food stalls to at least
be available for breakfast from about 06h00 till at least 09h00.
iii.Each
stall holder will be allowed 1 vehicle and trailer/caravan on the grounds.
Additional vehicle passes will be issued at R50.00 each.
iv.Each Stall holder will be
allowed 3 adults entry into the site. Additional permits will be issued after
approval of the organizers and will entail and extra charge of R150.00 per
person.
FULL details of ALL assistants are to be provided to the organizers NO LATER
THAN THE 08 JUNE. NO EXCEPTIONS. People organized to enter to your stall once
the rally has started will be charged the FULL rally entry fee.
v.Stall
holders are requested to provide their own fire extinguishers. (To be
inspected by the fire department on Thursday evening).
vi.Electrical
connections are to be organized with the site owner – not the organizers of
the rally.
vii.Rally
Organizers will NOT be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage during
the setup, running or breaking down of your stall.
viii.If
you need to have deliveries made during the rally, details of these must be
provided to the Rally Organizers BEFORE COMMENCEMENT of the rally, NO
EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
ix.The Rally Organizers
reserve the right to move your stall as necessary.
